- Assist Sales Manager in developing and proposing of plans to increase sales target.
- Finding of replacement promoters for retail shop/departmental stores when necessary.
- Address and resolved any issues arising in retail stores that promoters are unable to solve.
- Formulate and develop promotion mechanics for departmental counters and retail stores.
- Compiled and reported weekly sales figures to the higher management.
- Liaise and collaborate with mall and outlet management for atrium openings.
- Plan and organise atrium events, overseeing logistics and ensure successful execution to enhance brand visibility.
- Administer the setup and teardown of the departmental counters.
- Conduct regular visits to retail shops, departmental stores, and atrium events to check on promoters.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
