**SUMMARY OF ROLE**:
Key Accountabilities and Deliverables include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Manages global payroll function for Maxeon’s operations globally, including US, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, and other regions as needed.
Develops and implements a global payroll strategy. Leads the global Payroll Vendor Consolidation project to develop an efficient and effective payroll function.
Managing pay related escalations whilst coaching and upskilling the wider team.
Responsible for leading the auditing of all Global Payrolls in 50+ countries to ensure local statutory requirements are met.
Ensures the Global Payroll Team is following approved Global SOX standards, specifically ensuring annual merit, bonus, and LTIP are meeting SOX standards.
Responsible for monitoring team and third-party performance and, escalating key issues and trends.
Leads the delivery of continuous improvement projects, including the automation of reporting and end to end overall processes. Review payroll and related accounts monthly analysis
Ensures that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the manager concerning Payroll projects and other related matters.
Work closely with the Global People Operations team, and third-party vendors to answer and support the end-to-end payroll processing.
Own the HR Global Payroll processes, Global Payroll calendar, and team RACI.
Ensure that all questions and escalations are managed with in line with the agreed SLA’s and drive a highly positive employee experience.
Set up and monitor practices to ensure knowledge is shared across the team and that the team is multi-functional and cross trained on various processes.
Work closely with the Rewards Centre of Excellence to support annual Reward administrative activities.
Ensure adherence to all Data Privacy, SOX and other legislative compliance instructions and processes.

RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

**Qualification Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with major in Accounting
CPA License would be an advantage
At least 10 years’ experience in payroll, and 5 years in a payroll management role
Experience in using Payroll systems and managing outsourced payroll providers
Experience in managing a team and talent development
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Strong drive for results, organized and enjoys highly analytical, detailed work.
Problem solver, innovative in finding solutions to resolve business issues and strong collaboration skills
Knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint required
Knowledge of Oracle and Success Factors could be an advantage
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley would be an advantage
Experience with International Payroll processing (USA and EU) and in running US payroll
Flexibility to work non-standard work hours to support team members in different time zones.
