The Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle. - Work closely with regional and local ShopeePay & ShopeeFood teams to conduct data analysis and provide insights on fraud related initiatives
- Develop smart and efficient solutions for tracking and reporting key business metrics
- Deep dive into business data to discover new fraud patterns and evaluate effectiveness of fraud strategies
- Recommend new fraud control strategies based on analytics to safeguard our business interests
- Support regional and local ShopeePay & ShopeeFood teams on data and analytics related requests, and drive cross-country data analysis projects

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics in fintech/e-commerce or fast-paced environment
- Good technical skills in SQL and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about data and solving challenging problems, detail-oriented with good business sense
- Experience in fraud management, especially promotion abuse is a plus
