**HR Generalist & Data Analyst**

**What can you expect?**

- This position is responsible for supporting the team with data analysis and insights, work force planning, reporting and HR generalist activities.

**We will count on you to**:

- Work on data analysis and insights
- Ensure data efficacy and audits for HR systems
- Areas of support include, but not limited to, supporting the HR teams in implementing HR projects, working with internal HR stakeholders relating to people priorities
- Coordinate and prepare reporting and presentations on talent management, performance management, employer branding and others
- Coordinate and manage the full cycle of specific development programme from administration, logistics and costing

**What you need to have**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and preferably in an MNC environment
- Prior experience in HRIS like Workday will be an advantage
- Strong data proficiency
