Head of Innovation and Incubation

Summary of Responsibilities
- Exploring new and emerging fintech technologies and the viability of integrating these technologies into current business operations.
- Work with partners to evaluate technologies in areas such as customer acquisition using big data, credit risk assessment using modeling, customer service using automated machine learning system.
- Drive innovation think tanks for ideation and product design
- Assist senior management in the implementation of new initiatives from pilot testing into standard business procedure
- Possess strong track record in financial management with the ability to evaluate life time value of technological implementations into business procedures
- Report and communicate in a timely and efficient manner with senior management and other major stakeholders of the company
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
MBA with a focus in financial management
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a leading fintech company
Familiar with the entrepreneurship space in China
Proven track record in product design management with history of driving process, operational efficiencies and best practices across functional team.
Proven track record in implementing projects from pilot phase to operational stage
Proven track record in leading new business unit to achieve profitability
Knowledgeable in implementing data privacy, security and other compliance experience is a plus.
Experience in building and growing a team
