Singapore PROJECT MARINE SERVICES Full time

Applies PTW issuing knowledge and project / site experience to support the successful commissioning of any project in Company business areas (FPSO/FSO/TLP) including hull/topsides/mooring facilities right from preparation phase to execution phase.This position is considered responsible and reliable in terms of knowledge, experience and decision making with time-to-time guidance from PTW coordinator.

**Job Descriptions**
- Review PTW procedures and follow the PTW issuing steps accordingly.
- Review & control the Lock out Tag out procedure during the PTW issuing and follow up process.
- Control the documents issued and the PTW flow during the working days.
- Participates in VSCC meeting every day to ensure the PTW control is in place.
- Follow up the safety procedures included at PTW steps.
- Populate MC & commissioning spreadsheets with the proper updates regarding PTW SYSTEM
- Oversea day to day ITR & Punch list update in CMS by MC and Support site QAQC as required
- Ensure the proper register for every task under commissioning responsibility and keep the records
- Coordinate the commissioning PTW amount of issued documents for safety control
- Prepares the lessons learnt & share the information to all members.
- Understands interface issues and actively manages them / communicates to appropriate parties at appropriate time.
- Interact with Commissioning Engineers for set up of completion process during PTW execution at site.
- Interact with other commissioning engineers for obtaining the right follow up about the PTW process

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or technical diploma in Instrument/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with relevant years of working experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in oil and gas sector or Diploma in Engineering with 3 to 5 years work experience. Comprehensive knowledge on functionality of PTW process
- Proficient in using & directing the use of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Company’s online databases and understands the relevant information interface between databases as per department training matrix in order to utilize them when preparing commissioning deliverables.
