We are looking for strategic digital transformation champion as part of our cross-functional digital accelerator team working with business and IT teams to tackle the most challenging and transversal business problems in all aspect of our businesses - MRO operations, customer engagement and service innovation.

You are a technology-savvy and inspirational T-shape individual with very strong business acumen. You will collaborate with experience designers, LEAN experts, data strategist, business users and IT solution team to identify and solve tough business challenges through precise problem framing, challenging the norm, innovative and yet practical concepts and effective adoption of digital technologies.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Review and regularly refresh SIA Engineering’s Digital Roadmap. Identify and prioritise areas of improvements.
- Drive and lead by example organization’s digital transformation by bringing business and IT together to the agile way of working.
- Work as part of a Digital SWAT (with experience designers, data strategist and other business and IT members) to work on assigned strategic transversal projects and provide overall strategic direction and servant leadership to the SWAT team, focusing on problem framing, analysis, storyboarding, scenario and sensitivity analyses and innovative solution.
- Employ quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis to formulate and test hypotheses. Seek to find actionable insights for strategic outcomes from array of business data. Establish and develop means to measure real business outcomes.
- Employ UX and journey design to formulate user centric solutions and effectively solve business problems.
- Work with relentless commitment, demonstrate an excellent work ethic, and show a high tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and remain flexible in supporting the overarching business objectives.
- Experience a steep learning curve to dive into brand new areas and work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional and diverse teams with strong focus on collaboration.
- Work on other relevant projects as assigned.

Note: You could be posted to any subsidiary in SIA Group.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in IT, engineering, business, economics or mathematics. MBA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5-year relevance experience in management and strategic consulting.
- Outcome driven and collaborative.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to communicate, coach and inspire others.
- Previous involvement in digital transformation projects.
