**Position Summary**:
**Overall Responsibilities**:
l Monitor the project implementation progress and quality. Lead the delivery team to complete the project implementation of SAP or SNP

l Lead the technical pre-sales team, assist and support the sales team, develop high-quality pre-sales solution, and put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions on the pre-sales work of the project

l Manage the delivery consultant team on a daily basis and assist in technical and business level

**Essential Functions and Duties**:

- Delivery Management
- Design, deploy and schedule the project according to the related contract & SOW
- Monitor the delivery progress and quality of all project teams
- Support and guide the project manager to lead the consultant team to complete the project deliver and win the customer's approval
- Liaise closely with customers during project execution to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and assist the sales team to complete payment collection
- Deal constructively with customer complains
- Pre-sale
- Support SAP Sales team to analyze the business demand and future business requirements
- Active implementation of Presales actions for the SAP project
- Guide our SAP presale team to create customer-specific professional technical solution and demonstrations to customer according to the customer’s requirement with our sales team during presale phase
- Assist the sales team to complete the bidding preparation, bidding consultation, bidding and other work during the bidding stage
- Cooperate with sales team to achieve the annual sales target.
- Understand the industry trends, assist in collecting the latest information of the industry, and provide guidance and suggestions for SAP pre-sales work
- Leadership
- Recruit and maintain a high quality delivery team, train and support each member to achieve maximum results
- Ensure and continuously improve the delivery team's occupancy rate
- Standardize the project scheme and project management methods
- Developed a successful delivery process and implemented it smoothly
- Prepare and guide regular project meetings, summarize and report the work progress
- Control project cost budget according to policy
- Complete the performance evaluation of the delivery team
- Cooperate with the sales team to complete the cycle forecast of the man-day plan

- Daily management of the delivery team
- Monitoring and guidance of project implementation
- Identify project risks and report to risk control manager in time to risk response planning
- Develop an design appropriate solution or proposal depending on different industry
- The planning and arrangement of consultant training
- Assist the resource manager to make a reasonable consultant utilization plan according to the project situation and future sales forecast
- Cooperate with finance manager to arrange project collection schedule
- Other tasks according to Delivery Director’s assignment

**Qualifications**:

- Education Requirements
- College or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field required
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP area
- In multi-national companies is preferred
- PMP certification is preferred

**Skills**:

- Effective Business English including oral & written. Effective business writing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to drive for result.
- Good time management skill.
- Self-driven, willing to work under pressure and taking challenge
- General SAP knowledge
- Detailed knowledge in at least one SAP module
- Excellent PC skills, especially on excel, word, PPT
