Location: Singapore

**The Opportunity**:
As Head of Tech Delivery, you will have responsibility for end-to-end technology platforms delivery of the multi country digital native IT landscape. You will ensure delivery of new end-to-end Digital Native Insurance Platform to enable new distribution models. Insurance offerings on this platform will be specifically designed for high levels of automation and straight through processing across the full insurance value chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key Business and IT stakeholders.
- Engage with business stakeholders on digital partnerships opportunities, solution options and delivery.
- Build a competent, skilled and motivated internal tech team across Analysis, Design, Development, Testing & Agile/DevOps.
- Drive creativity and innovation using recent technologies & ways of working to enable business opportunities.
- Foster commitment and teamwork across a blended internal & vendor team. Ensure team remains focused on business priorities.
- Lead adoption & embedding of best practice Agile and DevOps.
- Drive on-time and to-quality delivery.
- Provide facts & metrics-based delivery transparency to key stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery remains within agreed budget.
- Maintain and continuously enhance internal knowledge capital.
- International travel is required.

**Your skills and experience**:

- 15+ years in IT across multiple IT disciplines.
- Prior experience in **Applications delivery **in **Insurance industry**:

- Recent **hands-on design & development experience with APIs, microservices, UI/UX technologies, data etc**.
- Recent experience in Agile delivery / DevOps

**Skills**:

- Passion for exploring new and emerging technologies.

- Ability to lead by influence
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
- Working from a customer perspective; focusing on customers’ needs to drive the solution.
