**SEA&P Commercial Strategy Activation Lead**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Commercial Strategy**: Assist in formulating and yearly review of mid to long term commercial growth strategy through gathering insights and data analysis. Coordinate efforts related to Business Intelligence/Consumer Insights; Drive optimum pricing decisions based on pricing studies and comparison with key competition brands.
- **Digital Strategy**:Conduct macro environment analysis of digital landscape in SEA&P countries and formulate 3-5 years digital strategy with definition of key milestones, timelines and capabilities.
- **Smallholders Strategy**: Help coordinate the smallholder initiatives for SEA&P countries as part of the smallholders’ strategy.
- Conduct external assessment of key opportunities, identify long term trends, conduct SWOT analysis for country commercial operations.
- Develop insights on national & global trends, emerging business models, industry and consumers trends and act as feed for strategy formulation/alignment.
- Design and Review Country commercial growth strategies with the outcome as brand-wise micro-segment level growth targets for 3-5 years.
- Develop understanding on key crop/portfolio trends, need gaps to help defining commercial priorities for the organization; track the key KPIs of the commercial priorities in all countries on a quarterly basis.
- Anchor implementation of cluster must-win-battle action plans.
- Develop the strategy and approach for Smallholders Strategy initiatives in SEA&P countries including assessment of the business proposition and viability of key smallholder projects - Better Life Farming, Differentiated Portfolio Strategy, Rice Carbon Initiative.
- Conduct detailed portfolio review and develop portfolio strategy for SEA& Countries; Assist in MUP process and ensure that the brand growth targets in MUP are aligned with the country strategies.
- Analyze the data from brand health surveys and share between countries across the cluster.
- Gather insights from external market research studies (crop panels, retail track data) and share with Country Marketing Leads for effective decision making.
- Compare pricing of key brands across countries and analyze price position vs key competitors in all SEA&P countries. Work with pricing team in Regional Marketing and IT to implement regional pricing tools eg DART Components, BOSS in SEA&P countries.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Degree qualified.
- Demonstrated experience in business management & conceptualizing various aspects of business; Experience in Senior Marketing Management, Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Product & Portfolio Management, Customer Insights / Customer Experience, CRM and Digital Marketing roles.
- Ability to design structured processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated influencing skill set, managing & collaborating in multi functional environment.
- Ability to value differences and manage complexity.
- Experience working within a cross-functional project team to deliver on a technology / transformational data project (CRM/Digital).
