**Details of the Division and Team**:
The incumbent will be responsible for multiple aspect in Loan Operation functions from primary loan originations to secondary loan sell-down, managing documents and projects with strong risk and control mindset.

**Your key responsibilities**:
- Key Operations Expert that possess a strong acumen in risks and controls, who is able to provide professional guidance to front office and respective stakeholders to facilitate funding requirement with full awareness of the risks, whilst ensuring controls are in place at all times.
- Liaise with front office/legal and stakeholders to perform doc due diligence to ensure loan and collateral documents are perfected
- Review draft primary documentation for operational terms and credit conditions imposed.
- Oversee secondary loans trading
- Collateral management involving valuation, system capture and monitoring oversight.
- Manage the inventory of all documents with controls, including safe counts and checks.
- Manage all regulatory reporting and management reporting.
- Governing all vendors activities, including documentation to ensure controls are in place.
- Involvement and managing project work.
**Your skills and experience**:
- Experience in Operations work in relation to processing, servicing and payments.
- Should have at least 8 years of banking experience that involve operations work.
- Proficient in Loan IQ system.
- Knowledge of credit documentation and having the ability to review and comment on documents from an operational perspective.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting including the top borrowing group reporting.
- Should know primary origination and secondary loan trading front to back processes.
- Must have ability to write well with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good spoken and communication skills
- Strong risk and control mindset.
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
