**Your key responsibilities**
- Deliver bank-wide Training & Development products, consulting with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners
- Identify, develop, and deliver internally and externally facilitated learning solutions, selecting and/or overseeing vendors where relevant
- Deliver development interventions for key talent segments (e.g., transition coaching, career coaching, consulting, psychometrics)
- Deliver skill-building interventions (e.g. Verbal and Written Communications, Time Management Skills, Spreadsheet/Document Creation skills, etc)
- Design and facilitate divisional ExCo team effectiveness sessions
- Drive divisional engagement with LearningHub and curate learning resources to support divisional learning plans, enabling accessible and relevant learning solutions for employees across Corporate Bank & IB CB Central
- Identify Corporate Bank & IB CB Central -wide ‘future skills’ and develop learning solutions
- Participate in the delivery of strategic change initiatives that have an organisation-wide impact
- Drive projects end-to-end to ensure objectives are delivered in a structured and commercially relevant way
- Manage and deliver divisional training, development, and talent programmes
- Work closely with colleagues across HR to operationalize learning solutions and maximize the use resources, knowledge and good practices
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
**Your skills and experience**
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Talent and Development function in a Banking environment
- Has experience in design and delivery program management content
- Has experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, COO teams, HR Business Partner Teams and external providers
- Experience in transitioning Global T&D Strategy intro Business Strategy and translating business requirements into actionable development solutions
- Has worked on career development interventions using insight tools that are recommended or required for key talent segments (e.g. Hogan Assessments, 360-degree feedback instruments, Clifton Strengths (Gallup), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator [MBTI])
- Has formal certification in Coaching in areas like Talent Development, Transition Coaching
- Collaborative with proven communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate content to senior management
- A change agent, ability to multitask and comfortable working with a certain degree of ambiguity
