Purpose of the role:

Strategic

  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative target
Customer
  • As BU/CC/Branch business analysis, Understand and support stakeholders comprehensively and deeply to solve their issues in terms of responding to/enhancing above perspectives.
People
  • Co-work with stakeholders include Regional HQ and Tokyo HQ.
  • Contribute for improvement of engagement and talent development
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Corporate Banking and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in AI, DX initiatives, Transformation Management
  • For AVP: At least 5 years of experience in Banking Industry
  • For VP: At least 7 years of experience in Banking Industry
  • Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 Certification, a degree from a Japanese university, or equivalent) is required due to the operational need to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders and senior management at Tokyo Head Office, to promote business growth and strategies for the Planning Office for Asia Division
  • Good communication skills, Analytical ability, Logical thinking etc.
