**Executive Vice President**

**Job Summary**:
Executive Vice President is responsible for leading and managing [specific department or organization] to achieve strategic goals and objectives. - Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and market competitiveness that aligns with Toyota’s overall mission and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and empowerment.
- Drive initiatives in research and development to create cutting-edge automotive solutions
- Represent Toyota at industry events and conferences, promoting the brand and its values.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to enhance agility and responsiveness to market changes.
- Foster a culture that embraces change and innovation, ensuring alignment with Toyota’s core values.

**Job Requirements**:

- Master degree in, Business Administration, International relations, or a related field
- Japanese Language is an added advantage
- 20+ years of progressive experience within the automotive sector, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
- Driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience collaborating with Japanese and Thai office.
- Build and maintain strong relation with Government agencies in Asia and lead discussions with the regulators as required
