**About Our Client**:

- Our client is specializing in retail business which is related to luggage, bag and wallet.
- Working Hour: 5 days 44 hours per week (Need to work on weekend & public holiday)
- Location: Islandwide Salary Package: $5,000 - $7,000

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:Guide, train, and support a retail team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching and development to boost team performance.
- **Store Operations**:Oversee all store activities, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and adherence to policies.
- **Customer Experience**:Enhance customer satisfaction through a welcoming environment, prompt resolution of inquiries, and setting high service standards.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**:Develop strategies to drive sales, analyze performance, and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- **Inventory Control**:Manage stock levels, replenishment, and audits to optimize availability and minimize discrepancies.
- **Project Management**:Coordinate store projects like renovations and maintenance with contractors.
- **Vendor Relations**:Build and negotiate with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and cost efficiency.
- **Financial Management**:Budget and monitor expenses, payroll, and operational costs.
- **Compliance and Safety**:Ensure adherence to regulations and safety protocols for a secure environment.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Min. Diploma / Degree in Retail Operations Management / Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in relevant industry (retail / distribution) and managing multiple brands and stores
- Highly customer service centric with ability to well interact with customers
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, analytical, report-writing skills, strong leadership to manage team and communicate effectively with all levels of people
- Strong problem solving skills, result oriented, adaptable, self-driven, team player, resourceful & meticulous, with a keen-eye for details and hands-on person
- Able to excel under pressure, multi-tasks, handle tight deadline and well-organized
- **Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
