You must have a minimum of 10 years of retail experience, including 4-5 years in a leadership role within jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail. Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of expanding retail footprints, strong understanding of luxury retail operations, CRM, and omnichannel strategies.
