**Distribution Operations Analyst**:

- Experience Level: Individual Contributor- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Singapore - Singapore, SG- Requisition ID: 7519**Summary**:
The Distribution Operations Analyst reports to the Qorvo Distribution Operations Manager and is responsible for
- Operating in a world-class Distribution Operations organization for Qorvo by adhering to distribution processes, policies, tools, and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
Capable of executing Channel Data & Revenue Management processes with understanding of the following:

- Monitor & maintain channel data integrity, quality, and accuracy for all CDM business processes including:

- Design registration
- Ship & debit
- Price protection
- Scrap allowance
- Workflow management
- Accurate POS and inventory reporting from Qorvo partners
- Price book maintenance
- Master Data cleaning and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting discrepancies and effectively communicate outcomes.
- Provide support for accurate weekly reporting & system resolve and quarter end activities related to Inventory and POS reporting.
- Support and collaborate with different external and internal stakeholders (sales, sales reps, distributors, sales operations, finance, planning, forecasting etc.) to ensure delivery exceeds expectations.
- Support and maintain work instructions and training documentation for business processes.
- Participate in training to internal and external users on CDM and related business processes as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Superior communication and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
- Business savvy - able to connect the dots across business functions and solid understanding of business processes.
- Experience of B2B channel sales, channel data management processes and automation tools preferably in semiconductor or technology sector, but not required.
- Driven, self-starter, proactive, strong problem-solving skills that can operate in a fast-paced environment international experience a big plus.
