Handful experience in problem solving skills to support projects and initiatives.

Provide information to steering committee, support decision making with the team and review the decisions with steering committee chairman.

RESPONSIBILITIES

EPS Coordination:

- Lead EPS and execute roadmap measures in the plant.
- Steer TPM to excel manufacturing efficiency and reliability in all functions of the plant.
- Support plant manager to establish sustainable EPS roadmap, site strategies, vision, mission, policies.
- Support the TPM pillar drivers in tracking and visualizing the status of the target achievement of their roadmap.
- Moderate site meetings/workshops including plant related KPI’s like obeya, TPM steering committee, TPM Pillar meetings.
- Lead TPM projects to contribute Factor Cost Compensation.
- Interact and actively network with all Plant Coordinators in region and BL.
- Regular exchange with BL Coordinator and TPM Pillar Teams.
- Coordinate between BL Coordinator, Plant Manager, Plant Platform Drivers, Regional Coordinator, experts, and coaches to get the necessary support and resources for implementation progress.
- Participate in progress checks at other sites and BLs in the introduction phase of EPS.
- Conduct audits at the site to ensure effective implementation of TPM measures.
- Share good practices at plant and BL level and implement them in the plant.
- Organize trainings together with the BL Coordinator and Regional Coordinator.
- Support on-site EPS-related trainings and qualification.
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings for shift teams in the plant together with Plant Platform Drivers to create awareness of EPS.
- Ensure proper documentation of EPS activities at the plant.

SCEM:

- Monitor and study the site energy performances of equipment.
- Implement energy conservation measures.
- Prepare monthly utilities report.
- Conduct energy management audits.
- Plan and organize energy consumption improvement initiatives.
- Provide unit technical process support when required for troubleshooting.
- Lead site Energy Management team and hold quarterly meetings.
- Participate in regular Energy Management System regional meetings.
- Prepare energy management and audit report for management review.
- Identify energy efficient project to optimize the energy and water consumption
- Tracking of cost and carbon emission savings from implemented energy conservation measure on database.
- Manage data for Digital Energy Management System (DEnMS) according to ISO50001.
- Work closely with Energy Service Company (ESCO) consultants to come up with the Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessment (EEOA).
- Submission of annual Energy Use Report (EUR) and Energy Efficiency Improvement Plan (EEIP) according to Energy Conservation Act to NEA.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Education, Certification and/or relevant experience required
- Strong preference for BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, but also open to alternative background with strong in-plant leadership and continuous improvement experience
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry (10+ years without BS)

- Ability to relate to and work with various personalities across multiple departments
- Working knowledge of safety, environmental, and personnel rules and regulations
- Prefer previous experience with continuous improvement processes (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, A3, etc.)
- Prefer education, training, and/or experience with statistical methods (e.g., SPC, gage studies, etc.)
- Prefer knowledge of cGMP’s, GLP’s, and environmental compliance
- Ability to work in different time zones
- Workshop/seminar moderating skill
- Project Management skill.

Technical Knowledge (E.g., specialized knowledge required to perform all the required tasks)
- Holds a Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) - Professional Level certification (Adds advantage in hiring process).
- Holds a certificate in TPM program (Black belt).
