Our client, a leading automotive company, is looking for a **CRM Executive**to enhance **customer engagement**and drive **data-driven insights**for improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:Oversee customer engagement, manage feedback cases in **Salesforce**, and ensure timely resolution.
- **Customer Feedback Management**:Monitor and address live cases, liaise with stakeholders, and escalate critical issues to ensure prompt action.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Surveys**:Track Customer Service Index (CSI) & Customer Viewpoint (CVP) trends, provide reports, and recommend service improvements.
- **Data Analytics & Insights**:Analyze customer complaints, NPS scores, and survey trends to identify areas for service improvement.
- **Loyalty & Engagement Programs**:Manage ownership benefits programs, seek new partnerships, and ensure compliance with franchise standards.
- **Process & System Optimization**:Maintain and update customer databases, ensure data accuracy & PDPA compliance, and optimize Salesforce CRM usage.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Legal, and Franchise Principals to resolve customer concerns and enhance service quality.
**Requirements**:
- **Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or IT administration**(Salesforce knowledge preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office & data management systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
