**Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sourcing channels and networking
- Manage Team and for Director role to manage P&L for Country Singapore
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients
- Prepare leads, attend client visits for business development and complete search project
- Mentor and develop Consultants
- Provide professional consultation services, understanding and recording client’s recruitment needs and performing full cycle of recruitment activities
- Consistently leading and contributing to the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Able to lead, drive and manage sales.

**Qualifications and Experience:
- A Degree/ Diploma in any field
- 8 years’ experience (for Associate Director/Director position) in an executive search or recruitment industry
- Ability to deliver desired outcomes under mínimal guidance
