**The role provides techno-functional responsibilities from blue-print to implementation. The Dynamics GP Specialist/Consultant will be a bridge between the business and the implementing vendor from the business gathering process to the project implementation/ rollout phase and expected to shoulder the responsibility for delivery, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics GP solution during all the project phases. As a techno-functional consultant, hands-on development working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to develop, customize, enhance and support the Dynamics GP environment.**:
**The position will be based in Singapore and regional travel is expected. Role reports to CIO and Enterprise Technology Services Lead.**:
**Responsibilities**

1. Participate and moderate business needs assessment to understanding both company's requirements and system outcome.

2. Participate and contribute during solution blue-printing to adhere to best solutions and suggest appropriate solution.
- Provide internal support for third party software that integrates directly with Great Plains (smartView, Smart Connect, EDI etc).
- Assist in data clean-up, validation, and consolidation within Great Plains to keep reporting accurate and current, including report validation in tools like SSRS and Tableau. Support the IT team with projects as needed, including UAT, discovery, and end-user training.

3. Support project manager during comprehensive project execution plan and documentation and the team to create high quality system business requirement documentation, testing data and test cases.
- Ensures system capabilities and problems are identified timely and effectively escalated to project manager.
- Delivering on project with the Dynamics GP vendor including implementing new modules, improving processes and providing training.
- Working with the vendor's tech and devt team to deliver upgrades, customizations, integrations and custom report.

4. Work with company's Implementation team, business stakeholders and third parties/vendors to ensure successful rollout of GP projects.
- Interact with various levels of management from vendors as well as internal teams. Manage expectations and communication throughout the support process

**Qualifications**
- 5 years consulting and development experience as functional or business lead in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
- Understanding of best practices of GP, including the ability to coordinate with vendor solutions ideally within a partner background.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and Architecture versions 2018 and onwards and excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft GP modules.
- Experience of working on full implementation life cycle across modules and with some development experience/knowledge of Dexterity.
- Comfortable with Microsoft SQL syntax, Dynamics GP table structure, and using SQL for report and SQL view design.
- Good knowledge in Financials / Supply Chain operations.
- Technology solutions to Palm Oil / Agri Industry is advantageous.
