We're seeking a driven **Partner Development Management** (PDM) Manager for our **SMC-SI Services **Partners in Asia. As an experienced Partner leader, you’ll empower the Area/Country PDMs to drive aspirational growth through their partners, delivering innovative AI solutions to their customers throughout Asia. This role is pivotal to our success in Asia, you will be a natural networker, you will interact with diverse and sophisticated partner organizations on a local, and Asia regional scale. Your role will involve fostering relationships with high-level executives and addressing intricate challenges. Your efforts will contribute significantly to both **SMC-SI Services** Partners and Microsoft’s success in Asia. This role offers an opportunity to accelerate your career growth and make a significant impact in our partner ecosystem. **Responsibilities**:
**Executive Relationship Building**
Develops strategies for creating/developing long-term trusted-advisor relationship with top Regional SMC-SI/Services partners, even in difficult situations, to ensure strategic alignment and drive growth. Provides direction and coaching on developing mutually beneficial account plans that account for both partner and Microsoft priorities, strategies, and goals. Ensures accountability for teams to leverage trusted advisor relationships and expertise to clearly articulate short
- and long-term business opportunities for partners and ways to pursue them. Directs long-term strategies to influence C-suite/board level across complex stakeholder maps.
**Partner Strategies**
You will establish long-term partner recruitment strategies and expand current partnerships to create a balanced high-performance portfolio, grow business, and anticipate or fill market opportunities.
**Partner Sales Leadership to Asia PDM Community**
As a partner manager, you will coach the community of Area/Country PDMs through pipeline and opportunity management, following Microsoft internal sales methodology. You will build a rhythm of business to ensure sales execution with partners in collaboration with internal teams at Microsoft. You will coach teams through resolving blockers to accelerate sales and act as the escalation point for complex situations.
**Leveraging Data Driven Insights to drive growth**
You will lead and challenge your team to identify top opportunities to pursue with partners incorporating your expertise, market insights, and deep knowledge of the competitive landscape ensuring your teams position Microsoft as the industry leader. You will also be expected to leverage insightful analytics to coach Partners and Partner Development Managers to deliver impactful and consistent execution or business recovery initiatives across Asia areas.
