**Partner Development Manager**
NEXTGEN Group is a leading Value-Added Distributor and channel services business focusing on delivering results and value to our partners in Enterprise Software, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Data Management technology. Founded in Australia in 2011 our business has now grown to include New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia, with a plan to grow into more markets across the Asia region. We are a passionate and customer-centric company and looking for individuals to drive our continued success in as we evolve and grow.
We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager with a proven track record in hunting, recruiting, and enabling new channel partners.
**There are 4 major priorities in terms of what you will be doing**:
- Identify, recruit, and develop new partners by identifying key milestones and executing account plan.
- Work through a process in activating dormant reseller partners- Lead and guide Partners in business planning with a clear go-to-market strategy and driving towards profitability.
- Develop, plan, and execute partner-initiated sales opportunities campaigns by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals with partners to approach with a joint value proposition with NETXGEN vendors.
- Maintain quarterly business plans aligned to business metrics targets such as pipeline build, deal registration, certification etc.
- Provide regular weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence to all the key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style. Update the CRM tools with customer details, interaction, and pipeline.
- Ability to work well in a team environment to ensure the partner and customer satisfaction, primarily sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
**What You Should Have**:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales-oriented role, with a track record of successful delivery against quota and assigned targets.
- Have some channel partner sales experience, selling to enterprises and good understanding of the enterprise customer buying journey.
- Demonstrate strong initiatives and superior ability to think creatively, coupled with excellent presentation, written and overall communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent; outstanding time management skills and can work well in a team.
- Exceptional cross-organization collaboration and communication skills
- We need someone that has GRIT, does not give up and is prepared to help build our brand in the market.
