**Image Creation and Management**: Develop, deploy, and maintain standardized Windows 10/11 images for endpoint devices across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- **OS Deployment**: Configure, troubleshoot, update, and maintain global OS Deployment variants on SCCM.
- **Security Compliance**: Ensure that all Windows endpoint devices comply with company security policies and standards, conducting regular audits and updates, as necessary.
- **Technical Support**: Provide expert technical assistance for Windows endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and other devices. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues to maintain system reliability.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinator of the Windows 11 migration project, tracking progress of timelines, gathering of information, issues tracking, and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth transition.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with IT teams, partners, and other business departments to ensure project and operational objectives are met.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation for support procedures, configuration settings, and troubleshooting steps to ensure consistency and support efficiency.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate with IT teams involved in patch management, security, and regional deskside support to ensure a seamless migration experience.
