**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Image Creation and Management**:Develop, deploy, and maintain standardized Windows 10/11 images for endpoint devices across the organization, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- **OS Deployment**:Configure, troubleshoot, update, and maintain global OS Deployment variants on SCCM.
- **Security Compliance**:Ensure that all Windows endpoint devices comply with company security policies and standards, conducting regular audits and updates, as necessary.
- **Technical Support**:Provide expert technical assistance for Windows endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and other devices. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues to maintain system reliability.
- **Project Coordination**:Coordinator of the Windows 11 migration project, tracking progress of timelines, gathering of information, issues tracking, and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth transition.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with IT teams, partners, and other business departments to ensure project and operational objectives are met.
- **Documentation**:Create and maintain detailed documentation for support procedures, configuration settings, and troubleshooting steps to ensure consistency and support efficiency.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**:Collaborate with IT teams involved in patch management, security, and regional deskside support to ensure a seamless migration experience.

**Required Experience**:

- **OS Expertise**:Extensive experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- **Image Creation and Deployment**:Experience creating, maintaining, and deploying OS Images in a large enterprise environment.
- **Endpoint Management**:Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft SCCM, MDT, Intune, or similar.
- **Security Practices**:Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices and implementation.
- **Technical Understanding**:In-depth understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, Networking, and Endpoint Security.
- **Scripting and Tools**:Experience with PowerShell, command-line scripts, and SysInternals tools
