- You will lead the NCCS Development Team in the Division of Community Outreach & Philanthropy) to develop and execute fundraising strategies. This involves engaging with major donors and the general public, using traditional and digital platforms to achieve fundraising targets. You are expected to work directly with prospects, physicians, volunteers and various stakeholders to advance NCCS’ objectives in cancer patient support, cancer research and education.**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, cultivate, and steward donors to support and advance NCCS’ objectives in cancer patient support, cancer research and education.
- Initiate novel fundraising efforts, including organising events.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and laws, and standards of professional conduct.

**Job Requirements**
- Recognized university degree
- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CRE) or equivalent will be an asset
- Has 10-12 years’ relevant work experience, of which 5 years in a direct fundraising role
- Proven fundraising and negotiation skills
- Experience working with academic or medical leaders
- Excellent written and verbal skills in interpersonal communication
- Creative and skilled in analysis, planning and organizing
- Able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
