**Job Description**:
**Your Career**

This role will report to Sr. Director, FP&A and is responsible for driving key Sales Finance deliverables, which include supporting the monthly & quarterly close processes, lead critical business reporting, engage in annual planning, and providing operational insights.

**Your Impact**
- Lead monthly financial close activities for APAC and Japan Sales.
- Work closely with the Shared Services team on accurate and timely close deliverables and quality business support.
- Deliver an accurate and predictable headcount and spend forecast for the APAC and Japan theater by working closely with local budget owners and functional teams.
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure discipline across policies and processes.
- Deliver and improve business reporting ensuring timely and up to date metrics.
- Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business' financial results, providing data-led insights on the allocation of resources and investments.
- Work closely with functional teams locally and at HQ to ensure policies and procedures are up to date and communicated.
- Drive continuous process improvement across finance workflows including participation in global business transformation projects.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- 7-10 years related experience showing strong career progression
- Strategic thinker while being detailed-oriented
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM, planning, and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, SAC, and Tableau
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience with reporting and presentations to executive audiences
- Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment
- Ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
