Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is currently seeking a Trainee Shipping Operation to join client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the maritime industry and eager to develop their skills and knowledge in shipping operations. The Trainee Shipping Operation will work closely with the experienced team members to learn and assist in various tasks related to the smooth operation of shipping processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in handling shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure they are on schedule
- Assist in resolving issues or discrepancies related to shipping processes
- Learn and follow industry regulations and compliance requirements

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Passionate about the maritime industry and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
