Trainee Dry Cargo Shipbroker - Fearnleys Singapore

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of a Trainee Dry Cargo Shipbroker based in our Singapore office.

Role description

As a Trainee Dry Shipbroker, your key responsibilities will be collecting and coordinating the information flow and reports as well as gathering market intelligence for the global team. You will start off assisting the senior brokers on the desk and increase your knowledge and capabilities build. Later you will be given clients to cover and business development opportunities to pursue.
The job will require work outside of normal hours since the shipping market never sleeps. A large degree of responsibility and trust will be placed in you so you will have to be self-driven and hungry.

No prior experience is required, but basic knowledge of shipping and dry cargo would be an asset. Singaporeans and PRs preferred.
