**What the role is**
- This is a 1-year temporary Executive role with the Planning & Programmes Division

**What you will be working on**
- You will be reporting to the Senior Manager and be responsible to:

- Support basic queries on operational policies and programme planning activities under the purview of the division
- Budget management, reporting and disbursement tracking such as iN.LEARN Learning Technology Adoption Grant, division budget tracking and reporting
- Assist in the collation of data requests sent to the Training Partners Group i.e. Corporate reporting, Training Partners Group report etc.
- Support data collation arising from PPD’s programmes such as SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP), Work Study programme review etc.
- Provide administration support and logistics management for international relations and engagement events

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Good written communication
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Applicants without tertiary qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply
