**Responsibilities**:

- In conjunction with other key SmartStream depts. define and achieve formal agreement to the scope and terms of the project, its service contract deliverables, including its commercial arrangements.
- Manage the project across its full lifecycle, ensuring transparency to progress and coordinate decision-making, that are in-line with SmartStream protocols.
- Act as a partner to the Sales/Account owners in the execution of their customer commercial development plans, as it pertains to change delivery and our client engagement.
- Oversee, own, and ensure:

- The review and formalisation of project terms throughout the project contract, including managing financial implications.
- All business and technical requirements are gathered and documented and posted on STL’s shared/chosen drive.
- All milestones are formulated and documented and placed into a coherent Project Plan that is reviewed iteratively and in line with Governance best practice and continuously accepted and approved by all parties concerned.
- Take ownership of the actual project plan. Produce reporting and analysis to expected standards and ensure clear and timely communication with clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders alike.
- Monitor and assess all aspects of administration relating to each project including the overseeing and periodic auditing of all project documentation and artefacts, as required.
- Monitor all changes in engagement and act on any issues arising there from, including the impact on likelihood of successful delivery to plan, including measurement of quality, timeline, financial and other risks.
- Define and agree all dependencies including owners and impact of non-delivery throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Plan all work with the Global Solutions Delivery team to allocate resources as needed.
- Monitor and manage client expectations at all stages of the engagement, escalating where these cannot be met.
- Monitor and report the status of each engagement on a regular basis and review with appropriate STL depts/mgmt. with reference to progress and to ensure the quality and profitability of projects.
- Strive to optimise the commercial relationship within each client engagement and through positive customer experience.
- Manage all communications deriving from the engagement process.
- Ensure the success and continued control of each designated assignment and report any concerns/failures. Take corrective action where necessary.
- Support the STL Enterprise in the consideration, engagement and development of partnerships and external collaborations

Key duties and accountabilities include;
- Lifecycle involvement with sales customer project opportunities, ensuring scope and requirement clarity, delivery expertise and accurate planning.
- Acting wherever possible as the bridge between Product Management Group and Sales, partnering with Solutions Delivery to ensure a joined-up client engagement and commercially positive outcome.
- Lead the generation of all implementations estimates and appropriate formal documentation sign off, including any adjustments/negotiation in partnership with Sales and Product Management.
- Upon Pre-Sales delivery of customer requirements and scope within the latest agreed standard of documentation and knowledge transfer, ensure that what was presented to clients in the sales engagement is carried forward to the delive
