DESIGNATION : Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Rewards and Analytics

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the annual performance and rewards cycle including performance appraisals, salary increments, promotions and bonus payments
- Support the review and development of rewards framework and practices (e.g. compensation and benefits benchmarking, salary structure review)
- Manage the implementation of employee benefits programmes (e.g. annual group insurance renewals)
- Provide data support for rewards related exercises and projects (e.g. annual budgeting exercise and ad-hoc cost projections)
- Support the strategic review and implementation of HR systems through streamlining existing HR work processes with relevant stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR system maintenance (e.g. upgrades/releases, fixes and necessary education to end-users) and system changes/enhancements to maximise data accuracy and work efficiency
- Perform regular data audits and validation in supporting data integrity and consistency

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline
- Preferably minimum 4 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits, prior experience in HRIS (e.g. frontier ehr software) maintenance and enhancement would be advantageous
- Highly analytical and meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
- A resourceful team player with excellent project management, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
