**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Product Development - Cool Cargo Logistics**
- To develop and implement strategic plans to grow the company’s presence in the healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics segment.
- To drive the development and performance of the Cool Cargo product line, contributing to at least 10% of total revenue growth in the first year, with a focus on achieving EBITDA profitability above 15.0%.
- To support innovation in temperature-controlled solutions by leveraging digital tools.
- To build strong working relationships with key healthcare clients and actively participate in customer performance reviews and relevant industry events to represent the company.

**2. Operational & Risk Management - Freight & Fulfilment Services**
- To oversee day-to-day cold chain operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and reliability of all temperature-sensitive shipments.
- To maintain operational excellence and mitigate risks related to product integrity, regulatory compliance, and logistics disruptions.
- To optimize routing, warehouse handling, and resource usage to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- To uphold adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other relevant healthcare logistics standards.

**3. Financial & Performance Management**
- To manage divisional budgets and resources effectively while maintaining profitability and service quality.
- To track and report on performance KPIs and ensure corrective actions are taken when targets are not met.
- To oversee billing, credit control, and collections processes to support healthy cash flow and financial discipline.

**4. Team Management & Collaboration**
- To lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Cool Cargo unit, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
- To build effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams.
- To provide timely reports and updates to the Senior Management and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
- To act as a trusted representative to customers, authorities, and external partners, upholding the company’s reputation and service standards.

**5. Strategic Support & Special Assignments**
- To support the execution of strategic projects and any other responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role in cold chain or healthcare logistics.
- Strong knowledge of cold chain operations, GDP compliance, and healthcare industry requirements.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving operational improvements, and meeting commercial targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
