Customer Service Officer

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. To assist the Head of Operations in stakeholder and customer management, including**:
- To handle customer service for warehousing and transport operations.
- To highlight, troubleshoot and resolve any service issues and customer complaints as well as requests in a timely manner.
- To investigate failures and produce incident reports.
- To develop relationships that create trust and partnerships to drive ongoing engagement with stakeholders.
- To promote Strategic Service Excellence and facilitate client relationship management plans through long-term partnerships.
- To develop customer relationships through analysis of customer data.
- To train new staff in service excellence.
**2. To assist the Head of Operations in Business Administration Operations, including:i.To ensure timely and accurate billing on weekly and monthly basis**
- To produce reports for management
- To participate in quality assurance projects
- To implement the approved Risk Mitigation Plan
- To conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational SOPs, GDP/GDPMDS, ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices in accordance with bizSAFE and any other regulations that may apply.
- To manage Cross-dock Handling and assist the Head of Operations in training of cross-dockers and ensure sorting of items and pick-and-pack are completed in accordance with customer requirements and SOP.
- To be the 2nd checker for Cargo despatch.
- To route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel for further development and closure.
- To assist with drafting sales presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
4. To be part of the team responsible for maintaining quality standards.
5. To carry out any other duties as assigned, including adhoc deployment for projects.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years work experience in sales/customer service
- Good communication skills
- Team-player and willingness to learn

**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $2,900.00 per month
