**Responsibilities**
- Complete diary management for the Chairman, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Management of internal and external meetings
- Dealing with correspondence and writing minutes of the meetings attend by Chairman
- Maintain appropriate reports and information as requested by Chairman
- Coordination with head of functions/business for monthly reporting
- Attend to general office management matters as required
- Ownership of all travel arrangements, including itinerary management, generating expense claim and managing correspondences with overseas offices
- Any adhoc tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent with extensive experience as a Secretary working in dynamic environment
- At least 8 years of experience in supporting Senior Management & Group Chairman
- Strong time management and coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good knowledge of MS office tools
- Bilingual in written/spoken English and Mandarin is preferred in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and associates.
- Able to travel whenever it is required.
