
Personal Assistant/secretary

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support.
- Assist in editing and proofreading various contracts and formal correspondence.
- Creating and maintaining document and correspondence database.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the drafting of documents and conducting research work.
- Electronic and physical filing and organizing of documents, including contracts.
- All other secretarial / administrative duties assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
- At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Pleasant personality and positive work attitude, willing to learn and adaptable.
- Attention to detail, organised, systematic in filing and documentation.
- Able to prioritize work with minimum supervision.
- Previous experience in a law firm preferred/paralegal background.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Able to work independently, as well as a team player who takes ownership and consistently delivers high quality work product with minimum guidance.
- Proactive and resourceful problem solver who can see and address needs and concerns without needing specific instructions.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure against tight deadlines within a lean team.
