**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Directors, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Preparation of necessary documents for AGM, board, and shareholder’s resolutions, etc.
- Organizing meetings and meeting minutes taking.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute various administrative tasks efficiently.
- Manage and organize the Directors' calendars, which are often demanding and require excellent time management skills.
- Arrange travel and social engagements for the Directors and their family, ensuring smooth logistics and a pleasant experience.
- Maintain an efficient filing system, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external parties, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
- Assist the Directors with ad hoc projects and duties, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in supporting company owners or high-level executives is highly advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
- Demonstrate the capacity to work independently and thrive under pressure, maintaining composure and meeting deadlines.
- Display a proactive and pleasant demeanor, combined with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexible availability, accommodating varying working hours as needed.
- Preference for residents or Singapore Permanent Residents (PR).
