We are seeking for a Customer Service Coordinator that delights in providing special customer service to Groom and inculcate Service Etiquette in skincare manufacturing Division.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with diverse corporate and personal grooming standards to meet customers expectations.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries on skin care products and training programs.

: EXPERIENCE with training setups as well as serving customers in the area of skincare, makeup, communication and etiquette in beauty industry.
- Be professional and familiar in dealing with customers from Middle East to India.
- Knowing colours and texture of beauty products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedbacks.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional internal and external customer support.

**Pre-requisites**
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
