Singapore Plain Vanilla Bakery Full time

The Sales Operations & Client Care Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day sales operations while researching and developing new sales products to drive up sales revenue.
- Manage overall process of preparing fulfilment-related materials, including compilation and dissemination of order information to the respective stores and teams via the daily closing file
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving AO (Advance Order) processing and fulfilment-related issues
- Responsible for processing corporate or wholesale orders placed directly with the Sales Operations Team or via the Sales & Client Development Lead
- Oversee the use of, maintenance and troubleshooting of our Customer Service software and relevant modules of our Enterprise Resource Planning system to ensure operational continuity of the Sales Team
- Responsible for ensuring all orders are communicated to the various production teams and resolving production-related issues in cooperation with the relevant teams
- Manage and resolve all customer service recovery issues working in collaboration with the relevant teams
- Responsible for research and development of potential new product lines and client or sector-tailored menus
- Responsible for managing the operations of the online e-commerce website (for both Same-Day and Advance Order products), including managing inventory levels, updating website policies and resolving user experience feedback in collaborations with the relevant teams
- Prepare reports and, where applicable, gather and consolidate customer feedback and sales information for review by management
- Any other duties as assigned

Plain Vanilla Bakery it started out with a simple, earnest ambition to create and share some good old-fashioned cake with our local community; cake that was made with real wholesome ingredients, and was familiar and comforting. In a world of mass-produced confections, we wanted to go back to basics and bake like our mums and grandmothers used to - moist red velvet cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream, apple pound cake drizzled with caramel, decadent chocolate brownies, warm and fudgey on the inside. The kind of scents, flavours, and textures that make us nostalgic for days gone by.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales
- Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent is a bonus
- Able to work for 5 days per week
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Result-oriented individual
- Full-Time position(s) available.
