Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is seeking a highly skilled (ROV) Technical Specialist to join our client's team. As a (ROV) Marine Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operations of marine equipment and systems.

**In this role, your responsibilities will include**:

- Conducting technical inspections and assessments of marine equipment and systems
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues
- Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures
- Providing training and support to staff members on marine technical matters
- Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges
- Assessing and recommending improvements for marine equipment and systems
- Participating in technical meetings and discussions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marine technical roles
- Extensive knowledge of marine equipment and systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in ROV or subsea is an added advantage
