**The Opportunity.**
- Rov Tech Pte. Ltd. is currently expanding its inland service market and is searching for individuals interested in serving the shipping market in Singapore performing ROV inspections.

You will be working with truly state of the art ROV invented and developed here in Singapore.
- The ROV Supervisor is a non-diving role that has the overall responsibility for all ROV operations, including piloting and tending the ROV, maintenance and repair of the ROV system, implementation and monitoring of technical procedures and reporting, work management and execution of ROV operational tasks.

Together with the Senior ROV Supervisor the ROV Supervisor has the responsibility for the Health, Safety and welfare of the offshore personnel, implementation and monitoring of the Rov Tech Pte. Ltd. safety management system, offshore ROV system resource management and management of work execution.**OPERATIONAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Day to day supervision of the Rov Tech ROV resources operating on work site. When acting as the Rov Tech representative offshore, maintaining communications with the Client's Offshore Representative, vessel management and onshore management.

Conducting all ROV project briefings with the Client's Representative, vessel/installation Master/OIM, ROV personnel so that all concerned understand the purpose of the operation, and the proposed method of achieving its completion.

Ensuring that all equipment and stores used by the operations team are in a condition satisfactory in performance, maintenance and calibration necessary to carry out the operation. He has the right to terminate the operation if he considers that a malfunction of any part of the ROV system would prejudice the safety and/or satisfactory completion of the operation.
- When necessary giving instructions to vessel bridge personnel for the operational requirements of the vessel in support of the ROV operation. Ensuring that the daily reporting to onshore management is undertaken. Collating the necessary information attaining to the project and obtaining approval by customer's representative where required.**HSEQ ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reinforce and strengthen the HSE culture at every opportunity in operations and projects. Promote correct HSE behaviors through personal example. Take action upon any health, safety and environmental matter brought to their notice, and report to their Manager on any matter which they are unable to rectify.

Assist in communicating HSE objectives and maintaining the performance management program for all employees. Maintain responsibility and accountability for HSE through active supervision. Ensure that the workforce under their control are adequately trained, competent and authorized for the operations which they are required to perform, and kept informed of all relevant information to ensure their health and safety. Carry out appropriate induction training. Consider health, safety and environmental performance during appraisals and assessments.
- Maintain awareness Sub-Contractor activities, interfaces and the associated risks. Ensure a safe working environment for employees under their control. Assist in all safety inspections to ensure that the workplace is maintained in a safe and tidy condition. Ensure so far as is reasonably practicable that the work place is kept free of potential hazards.

Ensure that risk assessments are carried out. Evaluate processes and activities for the presence of hazards. Assess, record and control the subsequent risk to a tolerable level. Identify HSE resource requirements. Conform with the emergency procedures applicable to their place of work. Ensure that the workforce is aware of, and understands, the emergency procedures. Facilitate effective two-way communication with the workforce on HSE issues. Conduct Toolbox Talks and Pre Job Safety Meetings.

Ensure all safety devices provided are utilised and maintained, protective equipment is worn, safety rules are observed and safe working practices applied.
