This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok Singapore Limited.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Accountability to verify and ensure that diving industry - UK HSE, IMCA and IOGP guidance, industry standards and guidelines, company policies standards and relevant procedures are implemented, documented, communicated, understood and enforced for all operations.
- Close outs of all diving systems design audits.
- Accountable for the thorough review, proof reading and endorsement of all diving related procedures and ERP’s / HEP’s before submission to company for review and approval.
- Responsible to analyse dive statistics and proactively propose suggested improvements.
- Responsible for the implementation of the diving / ROV PERSONNEL IMCA CAAP.
- Responsible for the implementation of the IMCA diving supervisors CPD program.
- Responsible to ensure that all the scope is conducted in accordance with specifications to best industry standards and practices and with the required resources.
- Responsible to interface with company and other stakeholders to ensure diving HSE issues are addressed in all operations.
- Responsible to participate in all project HIRA’s and ensure transfer of output to HSE-MS systems and project procedures.
- Responsible to act as focal point for project daily operations and technical support.
- Screen, review and ensure that all personnel CVs comply to project specifications. Approve all CVs before submission to company for approval.
- Understand the company and international marine requirements and their implementation in relation to diving operations in the country.
- Responsible to participate in and expedite all diving incident investigations to share expertise and ensure close-out and corporate learning.
- Responsible to periodically visit the worksite to engage with the offshore team and carry out inspections.
- Responsible for the set up, maintenance and operation of the Air & Sat HRFs as required and applicable.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 20 years’ combined experience in all aspects of underwater operations air diving, mixed gas, Nitrox, saturation and (W)ROV with at least 7 years as an offshore OCM / OCS / diving supervisor.
- 3 years or more recent experience as a diving advisor / diving operations manager supporting offshore diving operations.
- An Air supv would satisfy IMCA Air requirements and Sat supv IMCA sat membership.
- Fully familiar with underwater inspection / construction techniques and equipment.
- Conversant and has kept up to date with all relevant IMCA guidelines, as well as IOGP diving recommended practices.
- Be familiar with relevant legislation / guidance in country of project/operations in relation to underwater operations and safety e.g., IMCA Guidance, UK HSE ACOP, IMO regulations.
- Capable and strong in personally producing precise and accurate reports, audit documents, charts, forms, presentations etc. using word processing software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
