Job Title: Diving Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inshore commercial diving operations within Singapore waters. You will ensure that all diving activities comply with SS511 and MOM regulations, and that all equipment is properly maintained and inspected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of diving operations onsite.
- Ensure all diving activities comply with SS511 and MOM regulations.
- Supervise all inshore underwater operations including inspections, hull cleaning, propeller polishing, maintenance and repairs of vessels within Singapore waters.
- Operate and maintain diving equipment, including diving hats, equipment and tools.
- Oversee pre-dive checks and ensure proper functioning of diving equipment in accordance with SS511:2018 standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years supervisor experience in inshore commercial diving operations.
- Possesses valid and approved diving certification recognized by IMCA and SS 511 standards.
- Possesses in-date and approved diving medical certification issued by a registered Diving medical practitioner.
- Possesses in-date occupational first aid and diving first aid certification.
- Strong knowledge of diving systems, decompression procedures, and underwater tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic and high-stress environments.
- Proficient in use of hydraulic brush kart and polishing system.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Be able to call a stop-work order in the event of unsafe working conditions.
- Have a good sense of punctuality and responsibility.
