**Job Description**:

- Responsible to support the Group’s operations and projects with ROV Technical expertise and ensuring the ROV assets are well-maintained for operations.
- Ensures contractual / corporate ROV requirements are understood, identified and implemented in the project life cycle.
- Manage corporate verification processes that establish compliance and control through department procedure and process.
- Deliver certified equipment meeting IMCA standards, fully maintained with a suitable spares package.
- Internal and external focal point for ROV specific related matters for the projects with single point accountability for all aspects of project performance, cost, technical delivery and client satisfaction for the full project life cycle.
- Assists with recruitment, coordination, management and appraisal of all ROV technical personnel in accordance with Company’s established Competency Assessment and Assurance Program (CAAP).
- Liaising directly with project managers to understand project operational requirements.
- Prepare project specific ROV procedures or deviation from standard operating procedures.
- Planning and arrangement of ROV spread mobilization and demobilization activities across all worksites.
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the equipment throughout Company system.
- To manage & oversee the yard and ROV System inventory
- Qualification:

- Recognized and appropriate trade Technical Certification with specialization in ROV and minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in ROV operations offshore and maintenance, of which at least 4 years is as ROV Technical Manager position.
- Must have relevant Offshore ROV and offshore supervisory experience in operations field.
- Proven track record of successful management of ROV fleet and delivery of subsea IMR and Construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant regulations associated with subsea operations and safe operating practices.
- Good managerial experience and management of technical staff.
