What You Will Do:
- Independently create high-quality deliverables adhering to our unique art style.
- Develop character or monster designs, and create their three-view drawings, ensuring adherence to specific style guidelines and R&D standards. Participate in all performance-related stages of game production, overseeing and reviewing the creation of models and animations.
- Contribute to various art-related tasks, including:
- Crafting CG art for games' main storylines or events, encompassing characters and environments.
- Generating art assets like IP promotion materials.
- Producing creative works, including character Tachie, comic strips, Yonkoma manga, and character chibis.
- Designing illustrations and icons for games' event UI.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in popular art software such as PS, SAI, and CSP.
- A solid foundation in art with a keen eye for aesthetics, including a deep understanding of graphics, color schemes, lighting, shadow, and three-dimensional composition.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to deeply engage with game R&D, ensuring effective teamwork with colleagues.
- Demonstrated creativity and passion for creation; ability to translate your ideas into games.
- Pursuit of excellence in game art and a rapid learning curve in mastering new art software.
- A love for games and a dedication to contributing to the gaming industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams.
Bonus Points:
- Internship or outsourced experience for game projects, or experience in creating fan content for ACG.
- In-depth understanding of ACG culture and a proficiency in Japanese art styles.
- Enthusiasm for games, with extensive experience in console, mobile or other kinds of games.
