**What You Will Do：**
- Plan, estimate, and prioritize time frames for the completion of day-to-day tasks and track progress using designated tracking tools;
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm task and consistency of work;
- Fully implement a space using available assets to tell an interesting and varied story;
- Assess and plan out the space with consideration of narrative and visual storytelling while documenting intentions;
- Maintain the production pipeline and meeting deadlines.
- Document and convey specifications and visual standards to internal and external artists to support the game's visual direction.
- Understand project tools and their functions, the project file classification system, and the process for updating engine data;

**What you will need**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Concept Artist;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of level editors;
- Solid foundation in traditional art, such as figure drawing, character and costume design, industrial design, painting and illustration;
- Good working knowledge of industry leading 3D modelling packages;Strong understanding of composition, form and shape;
- Ability to adapt to new processes and pipelines;
- Previous experience with AAA titles;
- Understand gameplay fundamentals and have a developer's mindset in place, as well as the ability to leverage your artistic abilities to improve gameplay and the player experience.
