Our studio is currently looking for a **Concept Artist **to join our multi-talented team and contribute to the development of exciting new games. The **Concept Artist **plays a versatile and pivotal role in the game development process. You will work closely with our Art Director to execute the visual direction of our games. Your ability to adapt and contribute across different artistic domains will be essential in bringing our game ideas to life.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Concept Art Creation**:Create captivating concept art for characters, environments, objects, and assets that align with the game's design and artistic vision. Your work will serve as a foundation for the game's visual style.
- **Character and Creature Design**:Develop a diverse range of character and creature designs, ensuring they are not only visually appealing but also functional within the context of gameplay.
- **Iterative Design**:Be prepared to iterate on your concepts based on feedback from the Art and Game Design teams. Adapt and refine your work to meet the project's evolving needs and constraints.
- **Consistency and Style Guide**:Establish and maintain a consistent visual style across all game assets. Contribute to the creation of a style guide that guides the entire art team.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in fine arts, illustration, animation, or a related field is preferred, but your portfolio and experience will be equally important.
- Proven experience of 5 years and above in digital painting and drawing, ideally within the gaming industry or related field.
- Willingness to adapt your art to the technical constraints and requirements of mobile game development.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Highly creative mindset, with an excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate creative ideas.
- Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your experience in concept art, character design and other relevant artistic contributions.
- Knowledge of mobile game development processes, including game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine), is a plus.
