- Locate profitable suppliers and form business and organizational alliances.
- Bargain with vendors to obtain favorable terms.
- Approve orders for required goods and services.
- Complete order and delivery purchase details.
- Monitor and report on key functional metrics to cut costs and improve efficiency.
- Maintain spending control and foster a culture of long-term procurement cost savings.
- Create an effective and precise system for tracking all open purchase orders.
- Update the delivery purchase report once a week to ensure accuracy when planning new orders.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure that all deliveries meet the assigned purchase orders and that the production plan is followed.
- Ensuring that the supplier delivers on time.
- Establish consistent lines of communication with the management team to ensure that all purchase orders are aligned with production usage.
**Requirements**:
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Knowledge of plastic resins is advantageous.
- The ability to work well in a group.

- Working Location: Serangoon
- Working Time: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
