We are looking for a talented full-time Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will lead the Browzwear’s talent acquisition strategy to grow the human capital capabilities of our global teams in Asia, Europe, Israel and USA.

**The day-to-day activities**:

- Collaborate with HR leadership, and align with a global team of HRBPs and talent acquisition specialists to build pipeline for current and future job openings
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Manage job postings and job applicant profiles on the Applicant Tracking System and job boards, and provide recruitment metrics for recurring reports
- Participate in assessment of best practices and knowledge base in interviewing techniques, pre-employment assessment
- Support and align with HRBPs and talent acquisition specialists on local hiring needs

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree
- 8-10 years proven track record in global talent acquisition with a blend of HR generalist experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Culturally fluid with excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in leading a team of talent acquisition specialists preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
- A self-starter and strong individual contributor, while being able to function effectively in a team environment
