Our client is a world leader in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning) equipment & systems, services & solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Act as customers' representative & serve as main contact point for customers
Promote and propose Service Solutions & chiller maintenance contract to building consultants and contractors
Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with new customers
Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention
Any other relevant job assignment from times to times

**Requirements**:
Diploma/ Degree in in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
Knowledge in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage
Experience as consultant, ESCO, engineer are valued; ability to earn trust from customers
